Tixel
Tixel is a new skin tightening procedure effective treatment for facial wrinkles, loose skin and hyperpigmentation on the neck, hands and face. It uses tiny cones that are heated to 400 degrees and are pressed across the face and neck for microseconds which results in the stimulation of collagen resulting in tighter skin.
Most people start to see results after just one treatment but need a recommended course of 3-6 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart, with lasting improvement in skin tightness and tone for up to 12-24 months. As new collagen formation generally takes 3-6 months, Ashling advises a course of at least 3 treatments spaced 4 -5 weeks apart, with a review at 3 months after the 3rd treatment to appreciate the final result. More sessions can then be planned based on individual results.
Skin Tightening EndyMed
ENDYMED offers the most in demand superior tightening, contouring and fractional resurfacing radiofrequency treatment that can be used to treat crows feet and hooded eyelids, tired, sun-damaged skin and drooping jowls, whatever your area of concern, there’s an ENDYMED treatment for you.
A small device is used to apply radiofrequency energy to the area being treated. This warms up the deeper layers of the skin which in turn stimulates collagen and elastin. It is a very comfortable treatment and six treatments are recommended for optimal results.
Post skin tightening treatment there will be an initial short lived lifting of the tissues. Full results will not be seen until around 3 months after the final treatment.
Anti-Wrinkle Injections
As we start to age many of us start to see frown lines and crows feet as a result of muscle activity. Anti-wrinkle injections are a simple, safe way to improve fine lines and deep wrinkles in the upper part of the face. They work by relaxing the facial muscles making lines and wrinkles less obvious. Ashling also uses advanced techniques to lift the eyebrows, corners of the mouth, fix gummy smiles and to target the orange peel appearance of the chin.
Ashling offers a complimentary review 2 weeks after treatment to assess the results. Clients see visible results between 2 – 3 weeks post treatment.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are used to improve a range of skin concerns such as thin lips, restore loss of volume in the face, fill deep facial lines and hollow eyes. They are a great way to plump your skin, fill lines and folds such as smile, marionette and lipstick lines and those on the corners of the mouth, chin, neck, decollatege and hands. They can help to subtly smooth and contour your features and restore lost volume.
Results are visible immediately.
Platelet Rich Plasma
Platelet Rich Plasma, commonly referred to as PRP , gathers your own blood which is then spun down and separated producing a concentration of platelets above the normal values. Platelets are the clotting cells of our blood, but they also have great potential in enhancing healing of muscle, tendon and ligaments.
They contain several different growth factors and when re-injected back into the skin release these growth factors that trigger surrounding cells to multiply and increase in volume, stimulate repair and rejuvenate the skin. They stimulate collagen production increasing skin elasticity that results in a noticeably smoother complexion. Can also be used to treat hair loss. Best results are seen when having a course of these treatments.
Chemical Peels
Chemical peels are a technique used to improve the appearance of the skin on the face, neck and hands. She uses Enerpeel and PRX T33 peels that are encapsulated to release their beneficial ingredients once they are absorbed deeper into the skin. This allows greater action where it is required whilst minimizing the side effects on the surface of the skin resulting in less down time for you.

Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is a technique that uses multiple micro injections of vitamins, pharmaceutical and homeopathic medications and plant extracts to rejuvenate and tighten the skin. The anti-ageing ingredients are injected into the middle (meso) layer of skin. Mesotherapy for ageing skin aims to replace the minerals, vitamins and amino acids that are found in the lower levels of skin.
This is a very effective treatment in enabling the skin to become more luminescent, hydrated, nourished, and firmer, improving skin texture. Ashling recommends a course of treatments for best results.
Non surgical Rhinoplasty
Many men and women are unhappy with the shape of their nose but don’t want to resort to surgery which can be expensive and involve lengthy recovery time. Non surgical rhinoplasty can be a better alternative for many. For the right patient it can be a safer, faster and painless procedure. Using dermal fillers, Ashling can build up the nose to disguise or fill out deformities in the bridge of the nose to smooth out the profile, creating a straighter nose shape. Fillers can help with humps, bumps, depressions and dips in the nose creating a more pleasing profile.
Results are instantaneous and can last up to 6-12 months.
